Save the Honey # 2 : technical and scientific issues

I am Alizée Braeckman an industrial engineering student and today I am going to present to you the project we are doing this year as part of our Master 1 studies. There are 3 of us working on it. I saw Coraline Sergent, a researcher from Ceref, and my colleague Emma Colatrella in the previous video and me. In this video, I will present to you the backstage of our project: Save the honey with its lot of unpredicted. As my friend Emma explained in the first video, the objective of this project is to optimise the jellification bath of the honey microbeads needed for antiseptic dressings. The objective is to explain the different problems we encountered and the solutions we apply following these incidents to better understand the basic principles of a research and development project in biochemistry. Enjoy the video!
